A great place to enjoy music, food and drinks in LA is the House of Blues. It is located at the famous Sunset Boulevard where you will find many more restaurants and famous nightclubs. You’ll find the House of Blues at number 8430.

House of Blues Los Angeles opened in 1994 and is located in the heart of West Hollywood. This location is home to unique pieces of art and architecture.

Roosevelt Hotel (1 hr - ? days)

One of the most famous hotels in Los Angeles is the Roosevelt Hotel. It is a wonderful place to see when you are at Hollywood Boulevard.

You can book a room here, but it’s also nice to have a quick look inside. You can see the room where the first academy awards where presented. Visit the pool of this hotel as well and see the place where Marilyn Monroe started here career.

Shopping at Rodeo Drive and Via Rodeo (2 hrs)

The shopping area in Los Angeles you have to see is Rodeo Drive and Via Rodeo in Beverly Hills. This shopping district is known for designer label and haute couture fashion.

The name generally refers to a three-block long stretch of boutiques and shops but the street stretches further north and south. The district extends from Wilshire Boulevard to Santa Monica Boulevard.

It is an exclusive shopping district, but also a major tourist attraction. If you really want to do your shopping here, you have to bring a lot of money. Otherwise, just look around, and perhaps you’ll spot a shopping celeb.

Cheesecake Factory (1-2 hrs)

When you are shopping at Rodeo Drive and you are hungry, you have to go to the Cheesecake Factory. In spite of the name of this shop, it is not only good for cheesecake; you can go there for lunch or dinner as well.

There are a lot of Cheesecake Factory places throughout the USA, but this one is the ‘original’ Cheesecake Factory restaurant opened in 1978. It is a gem in the heart of Beverly Hills Golden Triangle. Located on 364 North Beverly Drive near the corner of Brighton Way.

The opening hours are from Monday to Thursday from 11 am to 11 pm, on Friday and Saturday from 11 am to 12 am and on Sunday from 10 am to 11 pm.

Venice Beach (½ day)

One of the Los Angeles towns definitely not to miss is Venice Beach, a beachfront district on the Westside of Los Angeles. It is known for its canals, beaches and circus-like Ocean Front Walk, a two-and-a-half mile pedestrian-only promenade that features performers, fortune-tellers, artists, and street vendors.

But it’s not only the beach that attracts people. Venice is a great town with a lot of boutiques, coffee bars and nice restaurants in the streets behind the beach.

Redondo beach Seafood places (1-2 hrs)

Many people go to the restaurants at Redondo Beach Pier. These are good, but what most people don’t know is that there are a lot of seafood places around the harbour. And these places serve really fresh and very affordable seafood platters.

When you are at the pier, the harbour is on the right side of the pier (if you’re facing the sea). If you walk there, you can’t miss it. Enjoy your meal!

Restaurant The Warehouse (3 hrs)

A great restaurant overlooking one of Southern California's most famous Marinas is The Warehouse. Marina Del Rey. You can get great meat, fish and seafood in a wonderful ambience.

The Warehouse Restaurant was opened in 1969. Most of the building materials you see are exactly what they appear to be. Real wharf posts compose the actual framework of the building.
